Treasure from the Lord

 

The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favor from the Lord.
Proverbs 18:22 NLT

This proverb is a beautiful and encouraging statement about the value of marriage. It tells us that a good wife is a treasure, and that finding her is a sign of God's favor.

There are many reasons why a good wife is a treasure. She is a companion, a helpmeet, and a mother. She is someone to share our lives with, to laugh with, to cry with, and to grow old with. She is someone to support us in our dreams, to challenge us to be better, and to love us unconditionally.
